E-document Terms & Conditions

Format
The E-document packs come in e-mail format only.  We need your e-mail address at the time you place the order so that we may fulfill your order.  Failure to supply us with your e-mail address will result in a delay to deliver the E-document pack, or may prevent us fulfilling the order.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the e-mail address advised on the order is accurate.

Our contract
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase an E-document pack. We accept this offer when we send you the e-mail with delivery of your order. This represents confirmation of the contract. Before this stage, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

The E-document pack will be e-mailed to you on the day we issue your invoice, to the e-mail address you advised on your order.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the e-mail address advised on the order is accurate.

As part of the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order within seven working days of receiving the E-document pack if the pack is not suitable for your needs. If you cancel your order, we require you to delete all material that was sent to you as part of your order, including all versions held by yourself, your organisation or your contacts.

No returns will be accepted outside the seven working day period.

Invoice
Our invoice will be sent to you separately.  Our payment terms are 10 days from the date of invoice.

Forms, letters and agreements
The letters, policies and agreements available in our E-document packs have been written to comply with the law of England and Wales. We cannot guarantee their suitability for other parts of the UK or abroad.

In many cases they will need to be adapted to take into account your specific circumstances and therefore we do not warrant that any of these documents are suitable for your specific purposes. The content of the E-document packs is not intended to replace any legal or professional advice when dealing with specific situations and as such neither we nor our authors can accept any responsibility for any action taken or not taken as a result of any of the content.

Liability
We undertake to provide the E-document packs offered with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that availability or delivery of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event will we be liable to you for any loss, damages, costs, claims or expenses incurred as a result of any customisation of or amendment made by you to any of the E-document packs available from Forum Business Media Ltd.

If a court or any other body having the power to rule on disputes decides that any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use is not reasonable or cannot be enforced, this will not affect the validity of other parts of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which will continue in full force and effect.

Return policy
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to return the E-document pack(s) if the material is not suitable for your needs. We will provide a full refund so long as you confirm this in writing within seven working days of receiving the E-document pack(s). The refund is given on the condition that all versions of the E-document pack(s) that we have sent you are deleted.

No returns will be accepted outside the seven working day period.
