- an invoice will be sent to you. Our payment terms are 10 days from date of invoice.
Our contract
Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a magazine subscription. We accept this offer when we send your first issue of the magazine. This represents confirmation of the contract. Before this stage, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

We undertake to provide the magazine subscription offered with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that availability or delivery of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event will we be liable to you for any loss, damages, costs, claims or expenses incurred as a result of any customisation of or amendment made by you to any of the magazines available from Forum Business Media Ltd.
If a court or any other body having the power to rule on disputes decides that any part of these Terms and Conditions of Use is not reasonable or cannot be enforced, this will not affect the validity of other parts of these Terms and Conditions of Use, which will continue in full force and effect.
