What have we learned in the first year?
Time is running out for the standardised SEF, but it's not gone yet - if you are due to be inspected before September 2011, Ofsted will still be using your SEF as the basis for their inspection. After that date, schools are still expected to be self-evaluating and this will be built into the inspection regime.
