What are the updates?
All of our publications are up-to-date and comprehensive when they are published. However, we live in a rapidly changing world; keeping in touch with the latest regulatory requirements and best practice takes time and expertise. To give you peace of mind, our expert authors research the latest developments, then prepare the information and template documents that you need to implement them swiftly and simply. You will receive additional or replacement pages, plus a brand new CD-ROM with both new and updated material. All you have to do is install the new CD-ROM and add the pages to your handbook according to the instructions to ensure that you have instant access to the very latest information. You will quickly find that your handbook and CD-ROM become an invaluable source of reliable information and provide you with a growing archive of ideas, information and ready-to-use template documents.
When will I get them?
Updates are usually sent quarterly. The expected update schedule is can be seen here, though if there are significant changes that urgently necessitate an update, we will change the schedule to ensure that you have the information and solutions that you need, when you need them.
The overwhelming majority of our customers find the updates extremely useful. Here is what some of them have told us:

What if I don’t want them?
We have calculated that the time you would spend researching and analysing the information provided in each update would cost you about £800.00. If, however, you decide that you prefer to research and update your information yourself, you have 21 days from the date of the invoice to return the update in its original condition, with seals intact and at your own expense (please see our terms and conditions for more information). If you don’t want to receive any updates, just tell us on your order form. Unlike our competitors, we don’t tie you in to an annual subscription for our updates. Instead, an invoice is sent to your Accounts Department at the same time as you receive each update.
What are the costs and how can I take out an annual subscription?
The price of each update is currently £79.99 + P&P + VAT. If you would prefer to minimise the administration of paying per update, get in touch with us and take out an annual subscription
